At Everkin, we want you and your pets to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at everkin.official@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Personalised or custom-made products
• Items marked as final sale
• Used pet products for hygiene reasons

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
